The DALD Foundation endeavors to serve the disparity in health outcomes and quality of life experienced by individuals with cystic fibrosis living in resource-limited regions. We achieve this mission through expert advocacy, comprehensive educational and specialized training, effective data management, and strategic partnerships — driving sustainable solutions that raise the standards of CF care globally.

ABOUT THE DALD FOUNDATION

DALD Powers the Vision. ICFTN Delivers the Change.

The International Cystic Fibrosis Training Network (ICFTN) is how the Dream a Little Dream Foundation (DALD) brings its mission to life — improving cystic fibrosis care for underserved communities around the world. ICFTN serves as the global clinical and educational engine — leading multidisciplinary CF teams, providing mentorship, and delivering measurable improvements in care and reliable access to care. DALD is the organizational support arm behind ICFTN, providing the funding, infrastructure, and partnerships needed to bring that work to developing communities. Together, they form an integrated model in which neither could fully achieve its purpose without the other.

Sustainable Solutions for Every Community.

The Foundation serves as a catalyst for change, by coordinating global clinical training and equipping underresourced clinics with management tools and protocols and care teams with the infrastructure they need to raise to an international standard of care.

DALD and ICFTN are distinct but inseparable. One builds the foundation, the other builds the future of CF care.

Dream a Little Dream, Inc. (DALD)

DALD is the nonprofit organization at the foundation of this work. It provides the funding, infrastructure, and global coordination that make international programs possible — supporting training initiatives, sustaining partnerships across borders, and ensuring the long-term scalability of the mission.

International Cystic Fibrosis Training Network (ICFTN)

ICFTN is the global training and mentoring network that puts that support into action. It delivers the clinical training, mentorship, and registry tools that CF care teams need, and works directly with partner centers worldwide to implement meaningful, lasting improvements in care.
