Stephanie Gamble, MPH, RRT, RCP

Stephanie Gamble, MPH, RRT, RCP is the Lead Respiratory Therapist at the UAB/Children’s of Alabama Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis Center, where she has been dedicated to advancing CF care since 2008. In addition to her clinical role, Stephanie serves as a patient educator and research facilitator for the center, bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and compassionate, patient-centered care.

Stephanie is the Lead Facilitator for the Respiratory Therapist Mentoring Program, a Cystic Fibrosis Foundation-sponsored initiative that connects experienced RTs with newer clinicians to strengthen knowledge, build skills, and elevate the RT’s critical role in CF care. Her commitment to professional development and mentorship reflects her belief in the power of collaboration to drive better patient outcomes.

A recognized voice in the CF community, Stephanie has actively participated in quality improvement initiatives through the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and has presented her work at national and international conferences. She currently serves on a national committee focused on addressing key challenges surrounding airway clearance — one of the most vital components of CF disease management.
