Martín Cestari

Martín Cestari is a Licensed Physical Therapist specializing in pediatric respiratory care, with academic training from the University of Buenos Aires and professional licensure through the Consejo Deontológico of Mendoza Province, Argentina.

Since 2020, Martín has served as Coordinator of the Cystic Fibrosis Center at Hospital Notti in Mendoza, one of Argentina’s key CF referral centers, where he leads a multidisciplinary team focused on evidence-based care and continuous quality improvement.

Through the International Cystic Fibrosis Training Network (ICFTN), Martín focuses on registry training, reporting, and research. He onboards new teams and users, offers ongoing check-ins and office hours for troubleshooting, and tracks progress through skill-acquisition metrics. Working with REDCap and DALD teams, he helps define standardized outcome reports, builds self-paced training modules, and develops data governance protocols — including audits and checklists — to ensure data accuracy.

This work supports Martín’s broader goal of strengthening registry-driven, evidence-based CF care across Latin America, with particular emphasis on Argentina.
